Freshie Parties

I thought that doing freshie parties when I first started doing freshies would be a great idea. There are so many out there that do the paint and sip nights, on the white canvas and you have to draw from scratch so why not do freshie parties that already have the lines on them that you paint and makes it so much easier. the hardest part is just figuring out what colors you want. I was figuring that this part of the freshies would really kick off, but its actually been really slow. It's alright and I get it some people don't quite understand or trust it, but those that have come to a party by the end they are telling me how much fun they are having and that they did not expect it to be that fun. Always makes me happy to hear when anyone says those things to me, because honestly it is fun and its very relaxing. You literally just pick the undecorated freshie that you like and then sit down with your drink and start painting. Besides the advertising part of it which I still need to figure out how to crack the code of advertisement. The hardest though is finding a space to use that does not cost so much money to use.  So many places that I have looked they want almost three to four hundred dollars to rent a spot. So two options you either make no money putting on your event because it went into the rental or secondly you have to really up your prices for people to come and enjoy themselves. That's alright though I'll keep trying to find places and at some point it will all come together. As for those that have hosted a freshie party at their house has been great! I have done one graduation party and a company Christmas party. Those where great fun and I've hosted one at a bar at the Franklin saddle club and one at my house granted the one at my house it was my very first one I did so I had friends and family members come to my house  and I could test it out and make sure it was something worth trying. So I'm going to keep my nose to the ground and keep chipping away and try to get more parties going. Remember if its something that you would like to do reach out and we can get something planned.
