Vendor events

I love doing the vendor events. Getting to meet and see so many people and hopefully bring just a little bit of joy for them.  It's pretty cool to cause for a day or however long the event goes for it actually feels like you have and are running your own store front. Granted I realize that's what having an online store is as well, but there is just something about physically shopping in person and not just scrolling through on a phone or computer. I have been heavily devoted to going to the Burbank Farmers Market, and its been so much fun. Their community is so amazing and the people that put it all together are just as fantastic. I'd love to be as cool as these ladies are and one day hopefully bring their sense of community here to Finley. Sometimes going to these events does take a lot to get you in the mood for it. you have to load everything in the truck then you go to the event and set up your store which takes roughly about two hours. and then your there for maybe 5 hours to turn around and tare it all down and then drive home and put it all back in the shed until the next outing. The best part though is besides the people is I get to do these events with my friend Cortney. poor thing I dragged her into doing this all with me, but I am so glad that she agreed its kind of like our own little mini vacation away from our other responsibilities. We've been doing lots of smaller events but I am hoping to crack into some bigger events and see how we do there as well. Anyone though that has come to our booth and supported us. It has ment the world to us.
